What we collect
Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address, and your first name if you provide it.
Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the updates you asked for (on the basis of your consent), and to reply to enquiries (on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you). We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use Klaviyo to manage our mailing list and send emails, and Cloudflare to host and protect this website. They process information on our behalf. Videos on this site are provided by YouTube and only load when you choose to play them.
Cookies
Our email sign-up tool (Klaviyo) may set cookies to remember whether you have seen or closed the sign-up form. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@realbiggroup.co.uk.
